How to reach the Dolores team and what to include in a bug report.

When you file a bug

Include in your message:

  • Dolores-Request-Id from the response that failed. Every API call returns one in headers and (on error) in the body — see Errors.
  • API key prefix (the first 12 characters, like sk_live_8fK2) — never send the full key.
  • Project name as shown in the admin UI header.
  • Reproduction: the curl command, request body, and the response you received.
  • Expected vs. actual behavior.

That's enough for us to pull the request from logs and reproduce on our side.

Operational status

We don't yet publish a status page. If the API feels degraded, mention it in your message and we'll investigate.

Feature requests & feedback

Tell us what's missing. We track every request — events you'd like emitted, languages you want first-class SDKs for, endpoints that feel awkward. Email is the right channel.
